For over 40 years I have been travelling in Asia, exploring the remote and often rural areas where local traditions and crafts are nurtured at source. An upbringing in Asia ignited a lifelong fascination with the diverse cultures of this vibrant continent, and a passion that forms the very heart of Silapa.
Bringing Serenity Home
My greatest hope is that when you introduce a Silapa piece into your home, you experience the serenity and peace often found in traditional Asian statues and objects. Our aim is to inspire people to appreciate the captivation of the East, and introduce a sense of style, balance and wellbeing through these carefully chosen items.
